Gill has been the highly respected Managing Director of QTS since its inception in 2018. With over 30 years of experience in Estates and Facilities, her proven track record of feasibility, design and construction of major capital development programmes and successful business cases, is second to none.  Gill’s considerable Board level experience in leading Estates and Facilities services within the NHS, includes property, capital delivery and facilities management services. 

During the pandemic the ICS commissioned QTS to deliver the Vaccination Hub programme across NW London.  Gill led QTS’s hugely experienced and professional team to deliver the programme to exceptionally high standards while maintaining its other highly valued customer commitments.

QTS deliver a full range of consultancy and management services across capital projects, asset management, strategic planning and facilities management disciplines.  The team specialise in best practice and developing innovative, pragmatic and practical solutions for NHS Trusts and other wide-ranging external clients.
