Our Employee Pay & Benefits
QTS shares some but not all contractual arrangements with NHS Agenda for Change (AfC) employment terms.

These arrangements were agreed when QTS was incorporated and are regularly reviewed by the QTS Board.
Pay Scales or Bands
We align to the same pay bands as Agenda for Change (AfC) that are based on an evaluation of the job’s requirements, responsibilities, skills, and experience
