Our Story
QTS was established in 2018, evolving from the in-house Estates & Facilities team at CNWL with a clear ambition: to bring together experienced people to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that make a positive difference.
Since then, we’ve grown from a team of around 20 to more than 70 professionals, expanding our expertise across Estates & Facilities, Capital Projects, Property, Procurement, Technology and Strategic Leadership. Today, we support NHS organisations across the country, helping them transform estates, strengthen compliance, deliver major programmes and embrace innovative digital solutions.
While QTS has grown, our approach hasn’t changed. We put people and collaboration at the heart of what we do, combining deep NHS expertise with commercial thinking to deliver solutions that create lasting value.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, our commercial income is reinvested back into the NHS.
