Office Refurbishment for West & North London ICB Head Office

When West and North London Integrated Care Board (formerly NWL ICB) required a major office refurbishment to support the merger of two Integrated Care Boards, QTS was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the transformation.

Working within a live operational environment, our Capital Team successfully delivered a modern, collaborative workplace while maintaining business continuity and minimising disruption. Through careful planning and stakeholder engagement, we ensured the project was delivered safely, compliantly and on programme.

The refurbishment included new collaborative meeting spaces, additional workstations, upgraded staff facilities and essential compliance works, creating a flexible, future-ready workplace that supports collaboration and organisational growth.
