• Increment dates – to plan and prepare for pay changes

• Absence information – including averages and detailed breakdowns

• Training compliance – showing progress against statutory and mandatory requirements

By making this information more visible and accessible, managers can make faster, better-informed decisions, spot trends, and target support where it’s most needed.
